This page explains what you can do with the themes and design files you get from Getastrothemes. Premium themes and Figma files use the terms below. Free themes use the MIT License.

Quick Summary

A project is one website or web app. Local, staging, and preview copies of the same site count as that one project.

Premium Theme License

This applies to every paid theme, whether you buy it on its own or get it with an All Access Pass.

You can

• Use the theme for personal and commercial projects, including sites that earn money.
• Change the code, design, and content as much as you want.
• Build a site for a client and hand it over. The client can use and edit that site.
• Remove the footer credit or any link to Getastrothemes. Attribution is welcome but not required.

You cannot

• Resell, share, or give away the theme or its source code, changed or unchanged.
• Sublicense the theme or put it inside another theme, template, starter kit, or website builder.
• Publish the source code in a public repository or anywhere others can download it.
• Use one license for more projects than your purchase allows.

Single Theme Purchase

• Use the theme for up to 5 projects.
• Need more than 5 sites? Buy the theme again, or get the All Access Pass for every theme.

All Access Pass

The number of projects you can build with each theme depends on your plan:

• Essential: 1 project per theme
• Pro: 10 projects per theme
• Business: unlimited projects per theme

Figma Design License

Some themes come with a Figma file. The same rules apply:

• Use the Figma file for personal and commercial projects.
• Change it as needed for your project.
• Do not resell, share, or sublicense the Figma file.

Free Theme License

Our free themes use the MIT License. You can use, copy, change, publish, and sell them, as long as you keep the copyright notice and the MIT License text in your copy.

Free themes come “as is”, with no warranty. The LICENSE.md file in each free theme’s repository is the official license for that theme.

Third-Party Assets

Themes use open-source packages such as Astro and Tailwind CSS, and may include fonts or icons from other authors. Those keep their own licenses. Demo images and sample text are for preview only. Replace them before you launch.

No Warranty

Premium themes are provided “as is”. Getastrothemes is not liable for any damage or loss from using a theme. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the theme.
